1. What we sell
Kea Skies sells digital products for Microsoft Flight Simulator, including narrated tours, scenery and related downloadable content. Products are delivered digitally only unless we clearly state otherwise.
2. Orders and delivery
- After successful payment, we aim to provide access to your download(s) immediately or as soon as reasonably possible.
- Download links may appear on the confirmation page, in your account area and/or in your order email.
- You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout.
3. Accounts
- You may create an account to keep your orders and downloads together.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You must not use another person’s account or share access in a way that breaches these terms.
4. Licence and permitted use

Kea Skies is not responsible for changes made by Microsoft, Asobo or other third parties that impact compatibility after purchase.
That said, we will make a best effort to investigate reported issues and provide fixes, updates or workarounds where reasonably possible. If you run into a problem, please report the bug to [email protected] with as much detail as you can, including your simulator version, the product involved and any screenshots or error notes.
7. Pricing, taxes and payments
