Whitianga Aerodrome & Landmarks (NZWT) is in development for Microsoft Flight Simulator, focused on a relaxed Coromandel arrival with local airport atmosphere, VFR-friendly scenery, and recognisable regional references from one of Aotearoa's most scenic coastal regions.
Planned features
- Detailed Whitianga Aerodrome environment with airport character, signage, fencing, clutter, and local building modelling.
- Regional landmarks planned around Cathedral Cove, Shakespeare Cliff, and the Kiwi on the Hill.
- Ground detail and animated touches for a more lived-in approach and departure experience.
- Release notes, final simulator compatibility, file size, and install details confirmed before purchase opens.
